Where We Deliver

We deliver across Vancouver Island to the following areas:

Greater Victoria

Victoria, Victoria West, Esquimalt, Oak Bay, Saanich, Langford, Colwood, View Royal, Sidney, and Saanichton. This is our biggest delivery zone — most Victoria orders arrive quickly, often same day or next business day depending on stock.

Duncan and the Cowichan Valley

We have a store right on the Trans-Canada Highway in Duncan, so orders in the Cowichan Valley ship fast. If you're in Duncan, Lake Cowichan, Mill Bay, Cobble Hill, or Shawnigan Lake, we've got you covered.

Ladysmith

Our Ladysmith store on 1st Ave means local stock is always close by for deliveries in the area.

Nanaimo

We operate out of Oliver's Pet Supplies on North Island Highway in Nanaimo. Orders in Nanaimo, Lantzville, and the surrounding area are fulfilled from this location.

Qualicum Beach and Parksville

Our Qualicum Beach store on Memorial Ave handles deliveries in the Parksville-Qualicum area.

How to Order

It's straightforward:

1. Browse our online store — We carry the same brands you'd find in our physical stores. Dog food, cat food, raw food, treats, litter, and more.
2. Add to cart and check out — Orders over $49 ship free. No subscription, no membership, no auto-ship. Just order when you need it.
3. We pack and deliver — Your order is picked and packed at the store nearest to you. Raw food is kept frozen and carefully packed to ensure it arrives in good condition.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Most orders arrive within same day to 3 business days, depending on two things:

• Your location — Greater Victoria orders tend to arrive fastest. Up-Island deliveries to Duncan, Nanaimo, and Qualicum Beach may take a day or two longer.
• Stock availability — If everything you ordered is in stock at your nearest store, it ships fast. If we need to transfer stock between locations, it may take an extra day.
