Shipping & Delivery Policy

Local Delivery (Vancouver Island & Lower Mainland)
We deliver across Greater Victoria, the Cowichan Valley, Nanaimo, Parksville/Qualicum Beach, and the North Shore & Vancouver. Delivery is free on orders over $49; orders under $49 have a $10 delivery fee. Orders typically arrive same-day to 3 business days, depending on your area and product availability. You'll receive a notification when your order is out for delivery.

Frozen & Raw Products
Raw and frozen items are packed cold with ice packs and delivered frozen. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order or that a safe, shaded spot is available — we can't be responsible for thawing after a completed delivery. If your order arrives thawed or damaged, contact us within 24 hours at info@forpetssake.ca and we'll make it right.

In-Store Pickup
Free pickup is available at any of our store locations. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours; you'll receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
